Virtual Print Server is a platform independant application which allows your PC or server to emulate a pocket print server. Pocket print servers are network devices to which printers can be attached.

Virtual Print Server requires the Java Runtime Environment version 1.6 to be installed in order to run. Java is available at http://www.java.sun.com. You will need version 1.6 of the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) of the Java SE. This is also known as Java 6. As of this writing it is directly available here: Java 6 SE JRE Or more easily it will install automatically as needed by trying the application on the web link below.
